Fall has become synonymous with pumpkin spice everything.

We made it to fall, and of course, that means pumpkin spice season.

I am not a fan of the PSL. I hate pumpkin, I hate cinnamon, and I hate to say goodbye to summer, so this time of year is a little hard for me.

There are far better fall foods than pumpkin spice, IMO, such asapple cider doughnutsor the Thanksgiving sandwich. But hey, it's 2020, so let's give the people what they want.

1. If you just want an O.G. pumpkin spice latte but want to branch out from Starbucks, check outEggHaus Gourmet's version.

3. Vegans can enjoy PSL season too.Sinfull面包店makes a pumpkin cheesecake and a pumpkin and cream cheese mini loaf.

4.Flying Saucer Pie Companyoffers a traditional pumpkin pie year-round with whipped cream and a special seasonal pumpkin spice pie around this time of year with a flaky crust.

5.No Label Brewingin Katy recently released its pumpkin imperial ale, Nightmare on 1st Street, available at the taproom and the drive-through.

6. Morningstar in the Heights has regular pumpkin spice doughnuts and pumpkin spicecakedoughnuts, whichthey say are "a little different."

7. Blue Bell Creamery went one further and is offering aspiced pumpkin pecan ice creamflavor.

8. In October,Three Brothers Bakerywill roll out several pumpkin-flavored treats: a pumpkin cheesecake, a pumpkin pound cake, a pumpkin pie, and even a "pumpecapple piecake" that has a pumpkin pieinthe cake.

9.Southern Star's seasonal pumpkin beer, Cygourd, is a dark copper ale with oatmeal and caramel malt flavors. It's out on shelves now.

10. It's also time forBuffalo Bayou Brewing's Pumpkin Spice Latte ale, a gingerbread stout with mashed pumpkins and aged on Amaya's Coffee.
